Directory Information Now Collected Online Only!
All information in the printed EMS Directory was obtained from the Directory Website. Each organization designates an individual to register the organization’s information online on the EMS Online Directory registration page. The printed Directory is produced from the online data.

The 2009 Edition (17th Ed.) of the Emergency Services Directory for Livingston and Monroe Counties of New York State is being prepared for printing. If you see any errors about your organization, please call them to the attention of the person who registered your organization so that it can be corrected online at www.EmergencyServicesDirectory.org

The first edition of the STEP EMS Directory was published in 1993. It was filled with useful information for both the EMS provider and the EMS consumer. The Directory has continued to grow and is being expanded across all of New York State. The 2009 printed edition classifies information into five sections:
