The 2009 Edition (17th Ed.) of the Emergency Services Directory for Livingston and Monroe Counties of New York State is being prepared for printing. The first edition of the STEP EMS Directory was published in 1993. It was filled with useful information for both the EMS provider and the EMS consumer. The Directory has continued to grow and is being expanded across all of New York State. The 2009 printed edition classifies information into five sections:
